SECTION 3 – HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Many NEON DAHLIA products are handcrafted in small batches.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, design, texture, shape, fragrance intensity, weight, appearance, and overall presentation may occur.

Product photographs are representative examples and may not depict the exact item received.

Such variations are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Violation of these Terms

An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

NEON DAHLIA is not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal carriers
Customs agencies
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Circumstances beyond our control

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

NEON DAHLIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Many products sold by NEON DAHLIA contain fragrance oils, essential oils, botanical ingredients, exfoliants, detergents, salts, and other materials that may cause irritation or allergic reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any skin-contact product.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Products are for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Keep away from children and pets.

Laundry detergents, scent boosters, and other household products must be used only as directed.

NEON DAHLIA is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or adverse reactions resulting from:

Misuse
Improper storage
Failure to follow directions
Allergic reactions
Sensitivities

Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, partially consumed, or altered personal care products are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Approved refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
