Processing Time

All NEON DAHLIA products are carefully handcrafted, packaged, and prepared for shipment from our workshop in Ohio.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified via email.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship through USPS, UPS, and other available carriers at our discretion.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: Varies by location

Actual transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be redirected or modified.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, NEON DAHLIA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, NEON DAHLIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

We will gladly assist with locating packages whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping box
  • Photographs of any damaged packaging materials

We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.


Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately may ship separately and may not arrive on the same day.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to addresses that cannot be verified or are deemed high-risk for fraud.
